In this role, you would be expected to be a technical innovator — efficiently and effectively programming, animating, and producing full Flash media solutions that are unique and on target. You would be expected to manage multiple projects or multi-component programs from concept to completion, deliver quality results, meet project deadlines, mentor coworkers in their areas of expertise, work collaboratively with team members in other mediums on integrated initiatives and effectively communicate with management, coworkers, clients and vendors. You will also be expected to act as the subject matter expert in Flash animation and/or ActionScript and execute designs to deliver standalone flash driven websites, as well as Flash components of larger projects using the latest web technologies: XTHML, CSS, Flash, ActionScript, JavaScript, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Must Haves…
- Advanced AS 2/3 Scripting (event based, object oriented development)
- Adobe CS 3+ (Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks for Flash asset optimization)
- Flash video encoding and optimization
- Basic XHTML/CSS/JavaScript
Optional Skills…
- Timeline development skills
- Flash media server development experience
- Flex/Flash builder
- After Effects CS 3+
- Web development: XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, SQL, etc.
